Rainy Fall Project

Here is the final product of my collaboration with photographer Sara Žigon. It is always a pleasure working with her. The whole point doing this was to show Rainy Fall illusion. As the student of VIST Photography - under the mentorship of Dragan Arrigler - she had to create this illusion through the camera as the main point of the project. She wanted to create a story about a girl who is looking through the window, watching the rain drops, falling into the beauty of nature itself. Looking deeply into the eyes, it seems like they want to tell a story. The story is up to you. Hope you like it!

Costume Design for Empreus Dance Group

When designing for dance it is important to always be aware of the movement. I have been fortunate in my experience also as a dancer to have seen a great deal of dance before I was ever asked to design for dance. Of course, each project must be approached with some degree of individuality, so not all works will follow the same route in their development. Not only my job is to design costumes but also as a founder of Empreus dance group I have to regularly coordinate, determine and provide the concept for the shows in a cohesive whole. There is are a lot of different events and different themes you have to adapt to them so that your stage costumes can provide audiences with information about it. In this case the main task was to show the girls as the main ambassadors in Slovenia for the best herbal liqueur in the role as J-Team.

My Bershka Planner Review

I love stationary. Like, seriously love it. When I was a kid my favorite thing about going back to school was buying new pens, pencils, markers, notebooks... etc. Even now, I still get a bit girly over a nice notebook or a planner.

I love getting organized, and color-coding, and writing everything down. I love planning for the year and setting goals and working towards them. Planners. I love them, because that’s where I get to do all of those things!! So I decided to share with you my bloggies a close up look at the Planner I bought in Bershka store. Maybe this will be the planner for your coup of tea!
I love the illustrations at the start of every month’s section, I can't choose my favorite because all the illustrations are so damn cute! I may even tear some of the pages out when I’m done with this to stick it on my wall, or do some paper collage with them, they’re so cool!
It’s insanely cute and girly, I mean look at all the cute stickers! Any planner that has stickers is a winner for me!
I also love the monthly layout with the little squares, as I’ve been noting the days I plan on posting on the blog, plus popping in birthdays and deadlines based on my work, so I can see where they fit in during the month as a whole. Seriously, I don’t think I’ve ever loved a piece of stationary so much!
At the start of every month there are little notes sections, which I think is great, as it’s where I jot down ideas for monthly blog posts I plan on writing that month and write down the main goals based on my creative work as a designer and stylist.
At the very end of the planner there are some pages so you can write some notes. There is always something to scribble down.
Planner begins with the month of September'16 and ends in the month of December'17, so I admit that I'm a little bit sad I didn't buy it before but still happy that it fell into my hands.

And what about the back cover, where there’s a neat little pocket to keep documents or secret notes in. I love what's written on it: 'It's no secret. It's just not your business!'' Omg, love it!
I just love the baby blue cover with a golden headline in front: 'What's the plan?', and on the side: 'My Agenda', it’s so classy yet funky.

Halloween Costume: Bride To Be

There is no denying it--the world is always going a little bit crazy for Halloween. I am always ready to take a break from the insanity and have a little bit of fun! Each of us must ask ourselves-,"What do I want to be for Halloween?" It's a question that is not always so easily answered. Get creative: If you have a particular character in mind but are worried that your choice feels a little blase or overdone, consider getting a little creative with your idea to make the character uniquely yours. Details, Details, Details! One of the absolute best ways to set your costume apart from the rest is through accessories. We just can't emphasize this enough! One of the most important ways to get into your character look is through costume makeup. Your face is always going to be the focal point of your look, no matter what costume you are wearing. Hope you guys enjoyed my look for this year's Halloween: 'the dead bride and groom', great idea for couples.

Outfit Of The Day: A Little Poncho Chic

Hello bloggies! I can’t think of a better way to get myself out of these “fall blues” than to post this #ootd! Its been a wild summer full of work, vacations, and excitement, but the time has come now for fall. However, after the summer I just CRAVE for colors because lets be honest… the sky is grey 80% of the time and I just need something to brighten my day! I am the perfect example of the “I’ll stop wearing black when they invent a darker color” type of girl. I am so drawn to the chic look of throwing together an all black ensemble… I just can’t help it!  But it's a fact that great things never came from comfort zone so let's start with baby steps. I have to say I am just in love with this Dorothy Perkins poncho. I can combine it with sneakers or heels. There are just great ways to wear it. I promise I'll soon post style tips on how to wear ponchos. Hope you guys enjoyed my look! #ootd

Costume design for J-Team Promo Video

The main job of costume design in a production is to enhance characterization to every artist through the clothingThe costume must work on set. This means it must provide comfort, flexibility and durability. At the same time the design must provide strong visual support of the story, concept and context of the play as a whole. It is my role to ensure that the costumes reflect the visual style of the production and help artist portray their characters on their journey through the action. In this case, I have two roles: creative director and costume designer. I had to create the characters of Empreus dance group and balance the scenes with texture and colour, working alongside with Mark Pirc from VACollective (visual arts communication agency). I also collaborate with hair stylist Nina Smrekar Ivanič from Hair studio Nik and makeup artist Anara. Our mission was to include the character of the best herbal liqueur in the world. The main task was to show the girls as the main ambassadors in Slovenia for this herbal liqueur in the role as J-Team.
